3.1.1. Talent, they are looking for artist that have a classic mentality, they do not want one hit wonder potential, they are looking to have artist, producers and acts that can be a long term investment.

3.1.2. They are looking for the total package, visual, vocal, musicality, able to read music, able to understand various genres, multi dimensional. They are looking for open artist that can provide language for a broad spectrum of lifestyles.

3.1.2.1. UNDERSTAND

3.1.2.1.1. I want the audience to feel something that I felt, FEEL. I want them to want to strive harder and let nothing stop them, I want my audience (my hearts) to want to acknowledge their dreams, I want my audience to want to promote me. I want my artist to build their talents around my message to make our. I want my audience to cry, laugh, hurt, feel a shock of something in their body that they can’t explain. I want my audience to feel like they are in the right place at the right time. I want my audience to desire their breath as much as they desire gossip and hate.

3.2. The tools I intend to use are Keynote, Mind mapping, Garage Band, Youtube, iMOVIES, Screenshots, Text messages and FaceTime Screen shots..

3.2.1. The reason I plan on using these tools are to capture the reality of what I have now to create with. I can use Keynote to show I am able to learn programs given to me, I can use Mind Mapping to help with my presentation to the audience and maintain a great focus.

3.2.1.1. The result I hope to have is a language of understanding through music, judgements confronted. thoughts intrigued and revolution continued. The beauty of a mixed chick that loves hip hop, dh's scratching and battling and cyphers.

5. Middle: I will ask the prospective employer what do they expect. This will give time for the individual to speak. And allow me to hear what they are thinking thus far.

6. The obstacles I might run into is focusing on one main goal and not over selling ideas or over stating desired plans. I have to narrow my ideas down and present proper wording and communicate my idea versus just seeing it in my mind.
