Rental Lease

1. Landlord- the landlord will not return the security deposit if there are damages to the premises after the term of the lease.
2. Landlord- perform all repairs.
3. Landlord-has the right to enter the premises for emergencies and to make inspections
4. Landlord- charge the tenant
5. Landlord- not return the security
6. Landlord- take possession of the premises if tenant doesn't pay.
7. Tenant- shall pay to landlord lease payments of $850.00 payable on the first day of the month.
8. Tenant- shall pay landlord a security deposit of $300.00.
9. Tenant- are allowed to have pets.
10. Tenant- can not have more than five persons may reside on the premises unless the prior written consent of the landlord is obtained.
11. Tenant- shall be responsible for all utilities
12. Tenant- responsible for light bulbs,
