3.2. Create a more strict punishment for people who set fires or do nothing to prevent them.

3.3. Fire safety classes for the public multiple times a year.

3.4. Inform the public, especially children about the main causes of fires and related deaths.

4. Traffic Fatalities

4.1. Inform the public of safe public transportation.

4.2. Greenway: give information about already existing safe ways to travel at night within Springfield

4.3. better enforce traffic laws like speeding, and not using cross walks

4.4. Have better forms of public transportation for those who don't already have a vehicle

4.5. Retest drivers every couple years to ensure that they are knowledgeable about current laws
