Problems with junk food

1. Stroke risk- Too much sugar increases the risk for increased blood pressure and risk of having a stroke
2. Cardiovascular disease- Frequent spikes in blood sugar may be a contributing factor in type 2 diabetes.
3. Tooth decay- sugary sweets increase risk for cavaties
4. Weight gain- eating 500 calories of junk food a day can make you gain 1 pound in just one week
5. Gastrointestinal problems- Processed food provides little, to zero dietary fiber, which may cause constipation
