1. JOB POSTING AND HIRING PROCESS

1.1. Create and Post Job Advertisement-

1.1.1. Clients will be able to create and post/edit the job using the following information:-

1.1.1.1. Choose category (dropdown) *  Project Name  Project Price *  Project Schedule *  Choose Dates  Choose Timings

1.2. Job Expiry

1.2.1. After the job vacancy is filled, then the job will be automatically removed from the listing section.

1.2.2. o If the job date expires then also the job will get automatically removed from the website.

1.3. Search Jobs

1.3.1. Using-  Keywords  Map/Listings  Search filters  Categories (drop down)  Location  Zipcode

1.4. Apply for Jobs- Service Providers

1.4.1. Step 1:- Add Description

1.4.2. Step 2:- Add attachment (optional)

1.4.3. Step 3:- Check Terms and Conditions

1.4.4. Step 4:- Submit

1.5. Initiate a one to one conversation

1.5.1. If clients like any of the applicants then they will be able to initiate a conversation with the service provider.

1.5.2. Client will be able to initiate a conversation with the Service Provider, only then they will be able to communicate on the website

1.6. Hiring and Payments

1.6.1. The client will be able to hire any one of the suitable applicants before/after the discussion.

1.6.2. The hiring request will be sent to the Service Provider.

1.6.3. As soon as the Service Provider confirms, he/she will get hired and the job status would be set as ‘assigned’.

1.6.4. As soon as the hiring is done and date of work is passed, then client and Service Providers will require setting the job status as ‘completed/not completed’ within 2 days.

1.6.5. As soon as both the users set ‘completed’ as the job status, the payments would get deducted from the client’s account and will be sent to the Service Provider’s account (deducting the commission of admin).

1.7. Disputes

1.7.1. Clients or Service Providers will be able to file a dispute for a particular job by submitting a dispute request message to the admin thorough a general form.

2. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

2.1. X% payments sent by client for any service will be sent to the admin as a commission

2.2. 100%-X% remaining payments will be sent to the service provider for the service he/she has provided

6.1. 2 Step mandatory process for profile setup:-

6.1.1. Step 1 (General profile setup) by filling and submitting the following fields in the profile setup form:-

6.1.1.1.  Name  Profile Picture  Email * (on which users will receive push notifications)  Bio  Gender  Phone number *  Location  Category of Service (dropdown list)

6.1.2. Step 2 (Setup Payments)

6.1.2.1. Service Providers will require saving their paypal details to receive payments.

7. BACK GROUND CHECK FOR SERVICE PROVIDER

7.1. Service providers will not be able to apply on jobs unless their profiles are approved by the admin, but they will be able to view and search the posted jobs.

7.2. Admin will have the capability of approving or disapproving a profile.

7.2.1. If approved, the service providers will be able to start applying on the jobs.

7.2.2. If disapproved, then the service providers will not be able to apply on the jobs.

8. CLIENT PROFILE SETUP
