2. Follow-up: How was the assessment in each student point of view? - They write in their journal about the assessment, they can consider the academical part of the assessment as well as the psychological side.
3. Differentiation: How do we acknowledge the different needs? - With regular observations of the students, showing different behaviors.
4. Planning: What kind of assessment will be applied? - Rubrics, Exemplars, Checklists, Anecdotal Records or Continuums
5. Preparation: What format? - Test, quizzes, open-ended tasks, portfolios,
6. Reflection: How does the teacher reflect about the assessment? How does the teacher evaluate the assessment compared with the opinion of the students.
