5. Radio Producer

5.1. Create content and manage the whole radio production process for both live and recorded programmes

7. Digital Imaging Technician

7.1. Ensures a digital camera is being used to produce high quality images

7.2. Making sure all footage is secured and backed up, and creating dailies for the director and Director of Photography to view

7.3. Applying LUTs to raw footage to give an impression of what the footage will look like after the post production phase

7.4. Skills required:

7.4.1. Know the ins-and-outs of digital cinematography

7.4.2. Have in-depth knowledge of all the major cameras used in digital film

7.4.3. Have a good eye for colour

7.4.4. Be aware of file formats, storage media and computer hardware, in order to cater your personal DIT rig to the shoot you’re working on

8. Lighting Technician

8.1. Look after lighting equipment on a film set, or on location

8.2. Help with the power supply

8.3. Help to set up lighting equipment

8.4. Skills equired:

8.4.1. Understand the relevant health and safety laws and procedures

8.4.2. Be able to work comfortably at heights

8.4.3. Have knowledge of different types of lighting equipment, accessories and effects

9. Storyboard Artist

9.1. Draw a series of pictures to represent a script or screenplay

9.2. Work with the Director to turn their vision into reality

9.3. Use computer drawing and storyboarding software

9.4. Skills required:

9.4.1. A basic technical knowledge of film cameras and lenses

9.4.2. Be skilled in image manipulation packages

9.4.3. Excellent drawing skills

10. Radio Traffic Manager

10.1. Scheduling advertising and promotions for commercial radio, aiming to maximise revenue

10.2. Skills required:

10.2.1. Excellent organisational and administrative skills

10.2.2. Able to analyse and interpret data, and interpret the information for non–specialist colleagues

10.2.3. A good understanding of the radio sales process
