1. I think it's unfair that healthy food, such as veggies, fruit, even meat, are so expensive that some people just can't afford to eat healthy, which is unfortunate as everyone should be able to have a healthy choice lifestyle if they want.

2. I enjoy that exercise can be fun and doesn't have to be done at a gym or on a sports team, this way everyone can get some type of exercise.

3. I have a few bad habits that I need to break, but I need to remind myself that it doesn't have to be overwhelming, instead I can break my bad habits by doing small steps at a time to slowly achieve my goal.

4. Sometimes I find that motivation can be hard to find but rewards are helpful to achieve my fitness/health/wellness goals.

5. It's important to be in good health because then one can avoid some diseases, such as high blood pressure, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, and so much more.

6. I never thought about wellness, to know there is eight different types is interesting to read about because it shows that ones life revolves around health, fitness AND wellness.

7. I find that if I tell someone my fitness/health goals that I'm more likely to achieve my goal than when I keep my goals private.

8. I was not aware that the USA had increased life expectancy but I did expect the following info: that USA life expectancy will be on the decrease. I expected that because it seems people just don't care about their health anymore but perhaps there's a sociological reason behind that..such as high cost of living, etc.
