1. Evaluate the Results It worked out well and for breakfast I got food that I liked and I could enjoy and focus completely on the activities. I have have fainted or got hurt without having enough energy and I could have been sick, eating the food saved me the trouble. I would have been moody and angry if I had been hungry so there could have been arguments between me and the people around. I learned that hunger can cause many things that could harm you and the people around you, it also causes you pain and its a powerful force. I would maybe tell someone that I didn't like the food and maybe they could help me.

2. Decide and Act Of all the alternatives eating the food you are given seems the best for me as it gives me energy to last me the day and also it will keep me well and healthy, not eating will make you sick so eating the food and waiting patiently for the next meals is the right choice.

3. Consider the Consequences If you don't eat then you get get tired easily and would not be able to give your best for the activities. If you eat you can do the activities to your full potential and if you eat half of the food you would be fine for the first few hours and then you would get tired and and be able to complete the activity.

4. Explore the Alternatives I could just not eat it. I could eat it so you are full and active. You could eat some but not the whole thing.

5. Define the Problem You have been served food you do not particularly like, but it will be the only meal until breakfast
