1. 1. ANALYSIS: The first step where the instructional problem is identified. Overall objectives as well as existing knowledge and skills are identified at this stage

2. 2. DESIGN: In this phase we nail down the learning objectives, lesson outlines, learner knowledge, and create the blueprint for your class.
2.1. ACTION STEPS: 1.Design Document 2. Storyboard
3. DEVELOPMENT: This is where you bring all of the information obtained in the previous two steps, and actually create your lesson plan.
3.1. ACTION STEPS: 1. Course Schedule 2. Course Materials 3. Course Assessment
4. IMPLEMENTATION: This is where the content is delivered to LMS's to test and experiment with.
4.1. ACTIONS STEPS: 1. Attendance Forms 2. Feedback forms 3. Participant Assessments
5. EVALUATION: We determine what success will look like. Usually split into two phases
5.1. FORMATIVE: is constantly occurring, iterative, typically involved in the Design and Development phases
5.2. SUMMATIVE: Consists of tests delivered after the material is gone through, to determine how effective the delivery was.
5.3. ACTION STEPS:1. Program Evaluation 2. Project Evaluation
