1.3. USER_ACCOUNT_DISABLED
1.4. USER_PASSWORD_EXPIRED
1.5. USER_PASSWORD_RESET
1.6. Licence has expired
1.6.1. Has an email been sent to provisioning?
1.7. Licence Key not valid
1.7.1. Has an email been sent to provisioning?
1.8. Project Hidden
1.8.1. Has an email been sent to provisioning?
1.9. User not on Project
1.9.1. Has an email been sent to provisioning?
2. After Download has started is the user made aware of the following....
2.1. Bowser open
2.1.1. USER_ACCOUNT_DISABLED
2.1.2. USER_ACCOUNT_LOCKED
2.2. Browser Closed
2.2.1. User is notified that there is a message in the browser
2.3. Project Hidden
