Using alternative energy sources by foreign countries, their progress and mistakes in this sphere for effective introduction of employing the ecological clean energy into Kazakhstan.

1. Environmental
1.1. Germany promised to replace its nuclear potential with alternative sources of energy, reduce the allocation of greenhouse gases by 40% by 2020 and 80% by 2050
2. Politics
2.1. German can become economical powerhouse of Europe, calling to develope ecological clean energy, 'cause it is left 7 years to German to decommise 17 nuclear power plants, cut GHG emissions by 40% and energy consumption by 20%.
3. Miriam Lyons, GetUp’s energy campaigns director, said that “everyday Australians are voting with their rooftops” in a move that “heralds the end of the era of big polluting energy companies dominating the market and manipulating prices to fill their own pockets”.
4. Cultural
4.1. Changing mindsets. It has to be explained to people, it is not enough to invest the sphere of developing alternative energy, people should realy beleave and accept renewable energy.
5. Economics
5.1. New workplaces. Big part of workplaces in NSW (3018) are exist because of wind electrostations. 70% of Queensland's workplaces (2625) are based on solar farms.
5.1.1. More over solar panels will save consumers 1.5 billion dollars for electricity in the next 10 years
