1.2. Profanity will not be permitted. As much as we want to discuss all employee topics good and bad, the conversation will be veered to a positive environment. The appropriate learning theory that will be used is the behaviorist learning theory. This approach will be used for launching and facilitating the blog page.

2.1. The human resource team is trained in the area of addressing employee concerns. This is a relevant area of competency to facilitate this blog.

2.4. Ethical Considerations for this blog - The company must consider the responsibility to create an inclusive environment. At the same time the company must allow employee true concerns t be addressed. Concerns that interrupt the inclusive environment will be handled one on one with the employee.

2.5. The intention of the blog is to promote an inclusive environment and transparency. Social media and e-learning in the work place offers anonymity. Employees will be able to interact with management through human resources thereby creating the true open door environment.

4. Overview

4.1. The open door policy needs to made clear for new and existing employees. By having a way for employees to have immediate access to human resources, they can address concerns and provide ideas based. The human resource team and address and or escalate as needed.

4.2. The goal is to set up a blog on wordpress or weebly. The human resource team can start with an opening blog providing the expectations of use and restrictions including appropriate verbiage and content that can be addressed. Employees have the opportunity to post to the blog and provide topics that need to be addressed or escalated.

4.3. The training for this new blog will be self directed. It will be self explanatory so once the blog is set up the human resource team can send a company email to all employees.
