1. Adding images to a powerpoint

1.1. Make sure you are clicking outside of the text box to paste a image on a slide, and maybe use clip art.

2. Adding animations to a bulleted list in a power point

2.1. Go to the animations tab. Next you will want to click on custom animations. In the right hand toolbox, you should click add effect, and then you can change the way your Text moves about the screen.

3. You are printing your slideshow.

3.1. Click print under start, then click handouts under the print what section. It also allows you to change the number of pages that you want.

4. Saving a document: PowerPoint 2007 Presentation v.s. PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation

4.1. Saving it as a PowerPoint 2003 document means that you can see it on both types of PowerPoint, which means others can see it as well if sent to them. If saved as a PowerPoint 2007 it can only be seen by people with PowerPoint 2007.

5. Choosing a design for a presentation.

5.1. Click design tab and chose a background.

6. Choosing the layout for a presentation in power point

6.1. Go to the home tab, then under slides click layout, and chose a new layout.

7. Viewing your powerpoint as a presentation.

7.1. lick the slideshow button on the lower right-hand side.
