1.1. Since Russia was in a fight between the other countries, and lost it, his economy dropped down by a lot.
1.2. Other countries took advantage of the loss of Russia to make their economy much better.
2. RUSSIA VS. OTTOMAN EMPIRE
3. MILITARY FACTORS
3.1. New technologies, and new ways to apply existing technologies to warfare were pioneered in the Crimean war.
3.2. These modernities included the first tactical use of railways to transport troops, and the use of the electric telegraph to improve communication between the national leadership of Britain and France to the battlefield commanders in far-off Crimea.
4. Russia wanted to expand its power into ottoman lands in the balkans.

5.1. The Holy Alliance of Austria, Prussia and Russia was destroyed.
5.2. In the Ottoman empire the influence of Islam scared off Muslims
5.3. In Russia the Pan-Slavism came from the war, it was a belief that slavs should unite
6. POLITICAL EFFECTS
6.1. Austria ruined their allies or they lost all their treats with almost all countries, with Russia principally but also with England and France
6.2. Austria was divided into 2 other countries, that were Germany and Italy.
