MindMeister + Microsoft Teams

Onboard Your Team, Easily.
Microsoft Teams and MindMeister run in any standard web browser. Once the administrator has added MindMeister to the team account, members can sign up to MindMeister using their Office 365 domain. Then, add a mind map tab to any channel, easily. No need to download, install or update software locally.
Add MindMeister to Your Channel or Team
You can add MindMeister to any channel or team within Microsoft Teams. Simply open the channel of your choice and click on the “+” in the top bar to add a new tab. Select MindMeister from the list of apps. Now you can mind map with your team without ever leaving Microsoft Teams.
Log in With Your Microsoft 365 Domain
Once you’ve added MindMeister to your team, members will be prompted to log in to MindMeister using their Office 365 domain. This will create a free (Basic) account for MindMeister. If you or a team member already has a MindMeister account that isn’t associated with your Office 365 email address, connect the Office 365 domain before using MindMeister in your channel.
Collaborate Within Microsoft Teams
Once you’ve added MindMeister to your channel and logged in, you can now start collaborating in a mind map directly in MS Teams. Give your map a name by typing in the central topic and start mapping! Your new map is automatically shared with all team members. You can create as many MindMeister tabs in your channels as needed.
Get the Conversation Started
Once you’ve activated MindMeister, you can chat with the MindMeister Bot. Ask the bot to find an existing map, create a new map, or give you updates on changes made to existing maps. Mention @MindMeister in a direct message or your team chat so the whole team is updated at once. You can even have the bot search the Public Map Universe for mind maps to share with your team.
Access and Sync From Anywhere
Adding MindMeister to Microsoft Teams not only allows you to mind map within your Teams account but also to create and update mind maps anywhere using MindMeister’s web and mobile platforms. Since your maps are automatically synced, you can create, update, and share maps anytime, anywhere!
